brothers,

i assembled these last night with 15 jalapenos from the garden. i torched the egg after work today and smoked them for 1:20 with jack daniels oak barrel chips. i took them to my buddy vinnys bar. i brought home a clean plate. :biggrin:

hahaha! everyone wanted the recipe. one guy was going to make them in the oven and i told him that wouldn't be the same, but he's doing it anyway.

heheheh... they are killer, but i wouldn't eat more than 4 in one sitting or you might be hurtin in the mornin. thursdays are 49 cent wing night at vinny's so these were just an app or after dinner mint. i suggested to vinny that he include one on the side if someone ordered a hot batch of wings.

we were trying to figure out how much we could sell these for. $1 each is about all we came up with and that is not enough for the amount of care and love in each turd.

i'm outta pulled pork now, so i think this weekend will be my first overnighter with an 8 pound butt... maybe. or my first brisket. depends on what i find at sam's :biggrin:
