• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

MrsMista is having a pot luck at her job tomorrow. I'm making ABT's and a coupla armadillo eggs.

Should I smoke them tonight or get up extra early and smoke them? What's the best way to store them and reheat them at lunch time?

HELP!!!

Mista - I'd do it tonight and get it over with unless you really want to get up EXTRA early...

or how about option # 3...

Get up regular time, prep and cook them and then put them in a mini personal cooler and send them over to the office in a taxi cab..

The biggest problem, IMO is the reheating part. A micro may not crisp the bacon back up like you want, so a broiler/oven would be preferred. Might as well cook them tonight anyway...that way, if you et them all, there is time to make more.

Good Vinny,

Option 3.5--prep them tonight. That is the time consuming part.
Cook in AM (only takes an hour or less) and deliver in dry cooler.

Just thinking

yeah, what kapn said.

reheating them they be soggy. do it in the oven, cheese leaks out.

Ok...let me add a minor dtail I left out.

I have to work tomorrow. Gotta be there at 8:30. She has to be at work at 7:30. I still have to do the Armadillo eggs and the will be at least 2.5 hours.

Option #4--Call in sick and smoke stuff and drink beer Mista. When in doubt this is always a viable option.

I'm not quite sure I get the plight.
I refridgerate them. Four on a skewer.
heat in mic for 1:30 then finish on char grill.

Prep tonight, cook tomorrow, just get up a little earlier. Will they be sitting until lunch time?

Cooked last night. Finished about 1am. Put in foil lined containers. Same with the Armadillo eggs and 4 packs of puppy peters. Put everything in a small soft cooler. MrsMista took everything to work this morning.
Most stuff was still warm. Nuked everything a little bit.

There were few bacon crumbs left...
