Got up before the dogs this morning and fired up a chimney of charcoal. Almost ready to dump it in the bandera. Gonna throw on 2 porkloins, about 8 lbs each. Got 1 rubbed down with southern flavor, and the other with my basic rub I use when doing a pig. Probably spray down with apple juice. and cook with hickory and cherry. Can't get too hungry though, I geuss this will be an all day thing.
