So I was in the area and stopped into Willie B’s for the 1st time. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. w/ two sides. But before I left I hung w/ Will. He’s definitely good people. Made me feel right at home, like I’ve known him for years. He also took me out back to show me his wood (cherry wood that is). When I got home and took a bite out of that sandwich all I can think is “Oh, so that’s what it’s supposed to taste like.” If you’re a Long Islander, or visiting the island from out of town and haven’t been there yet, I highly recommend it. I also grabbed one of his rub’s. Can’t wait to use it.
