A New Blooded Brother!

Greetings from the Tampa area.

I'm over at Aeynghus's place and he is now a fully blooded smoker.

I brought my old Silver Smoker over Friday afternoon, we fired 'er up as soon as she was reassembed and over the next 24 hours we did four pork shoulders and three chubbies (short fatties) to support his re-wedding reception. It was a complete success with many, many compliments freely given.

Aeynghus got his butt up early Saturday in the pouring rain, after four hours of drunken sleep, to relight the fire and continue the cook. I'd call that dedication!
