A Good Day for Thighs

[Smoking Piney]

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs dusted with Ranch Dressing powder mix, wrapped in bacon, marinaded in Q sauce, and cooked raised direct on the BGE to a 175 IT. Finished with a dusting of Plowboy's Yardbird rub.
