A few of us were hanging out, drinking beer and as we got hungry I decided to make a couple fatties using only stuff I already had in the fridge. Got a late start on them so I did both in the FEC @ 350.
They were both gobbled up quickly. Had to use my iPhone to snap these pics because I was getting yelled at about taking pictures of food instead of serving it!
Anaheim chile, garden veggie cream cheese and a homemade hot link wrapped in bacon.
Monterey jack cheese and Anaheim chile wrapped in bacon. This was the "vegetarian one" because, as my brother put it, "there's no meat in it!" :heh:
