4th of July Mini Pron

Here are 2 pictures of yesterdays smoke. Nothing special, it was just for the wife and I. Pulled pork sandwiches. Smoked the butts in my cheapo offset, started off with Royal Oak lump and added some chunks of apple throughout the cook. It was actually a big relief that I ended up smoking, haven't done so in over 3 months. :doh:

Cabela's has them. I think you might be close to one of those in Omaha. Might also be able to order them. Bass Pro as well. Otherwise I am sure there are tons of resellers on the internet.

Those sammiches look fantastic. That Head Country sauce is some good stuff too. Harder to find around here now.
