So yesterday was my brothers graduation party that I was cooking for. I did pulled beef and pulled pork thursday and friday. Friday I made a brine for the chickens I was going to be cooking saturday morning. Had a little issue as it boiled over and got all over my stove. Fun times. Anyways I let the chickens brine over night, and then threw them on the drum Saturday morning and cooked for about 3-3.5 hours at 300*. They turned out great. Out of the pork, beef, and chicken everyone liked the chicken the best and everyone said everything was great. Anyways here are the pics.

What a mess!

Bro, Very nice chickens.

And your camera skillz are pretty darn good.

By the way you could say "4 chickens and a coke*

teehee.

Can I ask what temp you cooked those at? I did my first chicken on the drum yesterday at 235 and although the chicken was beautiful, the skin was rubbery. Yours looks great!
I'm thinking I'm gonna have to cook at 300 to get it like that.

Nice cook and pix. Looks so good you ca almost smell them!

Thanks everyone. I cooked the chicken between 300-350* for about 3 hours. I also brined them over night which helped with the moisture. These were the crowd favorites over the weekend. Chicken is hard to mess up in my opinion.

In the Pre-Cook pics them birds look like they been working out...I'll take a breast..
