CASH AWARDS ARE BASED ON HOW MANY ENTRIES
2) All meat MUST be inspected prior to seasoning and cooking to ensure they are in their packaged raw natural state (no pre-marinating is allowed)
3) Set up begins at 9 am. Teams are allowed to begin cooking after meat is inspected. Turn ins begin at 3 pm.

OFFICIAL RULES
1) Other than the entry container, all other equipment, grill, fuel, spices, sauces, tables, chairs, etc. must be supplied by the contestant. Water will be nearby but bring a container to haul. Any fuel can be used–charcoal, gas, etc. No electricity will be available.
