• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

My Dads family Reunion this weekend In Huntsville, Alabama. Woke up at 630 Saturday morning to get the smoker fired up.. Used a bag of Kbb and a weed burner with 4 sticks to get her started. Had thin blue smoke rolling not visible in the sky... We cooked 80 pounds chicken, 14 butts, 22 racks of babybacks and 2 racks of full spares.. Once again didn't get any plated pics.. but here are some of the food on the smoker..

Awesome cook DownHome!!!

I remember someone (don't remember who) asked why you were building such a big cooker. Cause you cook BIG!!!

G' Daddy.. naw I hadn't yet cut the tuning plates and put them in the cooker.. so right off the baffle is the hotspot.. I will get those tuning plates done before the 4th though should eliminate that problem..

Wow the beast has done it again, that's some great looking bird and butts, looking forward to your next cook. Thanks for sharing.
