Saturday night cook to share with this freezer find. 2 lb ribeye seasoned the night before with some Worcestershire and Oakridge BBQ Santa Maria rub. Initially smoked on the OTG with pecan wood then seared until done. I threw on some sausages as well meant for pizza on Sunday. Enjoy the pron!
