Full Fledged Farker
I did my second cook today on a smoker, my UDS. Made 2 racks of pork baby backs and a stuffed bacon wrapped fatty. Had asparagus, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms and pepper jack in side. Made a glaze out of sweet baby rays, Sweet Chili Sauce (big thanks to IamMadMan), apple juice concentrate and some rub. I'm addicted to Q
