Normally I cook around a 9 lb. butt for my family gatherings. This 4th of July I have been asked to do two 9 lbers. How much will this increase the cooking time? For those of you who cook multiple items how much time increase do you plan for? The last one I cooked I startred around 200 overnite and increased to 220 the next morning and it took 19 hours to get to 200 inteneral temp. Just looking for some guidelines, cause I know it's done when it's done.
Thanks

Assuming you can maintain proper temperature in the cooking box, the time shouldn't change for 1 or 10 butts. If you went to a single, bigger butt, your cook time will increase, but not for adding more butts.
19 hours? You really do believe in low and slow.
