1st Griddle Cook

I did my first cook on the dwfisk griddle this weekend and I got to say this thing is awesome. I don't think I could of have pulled off the first cook without the instructions that came with griddle. After reading them a couple of times I finally new where to start. The Mrs did make the slaw a chili and she did give me a big :thumb: for the burgers. I thought they were pretty tasty.

Great cook - used my kettle griddle for the first time this weekend as well - amazed at how quickly the foods gets done.

Looking great! Glad the instructions helped and it is performing like you wanted. Just got a call from the wife asking if I would do onions & burgers on mine tonight for a couple of her girlfriends, sounds like she has been braggin and they called her on it :thumb:
