1st Cook on my UDS

Had my first cook on my 1st UDS, Man, oh Man am I impressed. Very little maintenance to regulate the temperature. You can pretty much can just set it and for get it. After the first cook I'm hooked and I'm only going to use my Chargriller for quick cooks for here on out. My Chargriller took a lot of effort and lots more fuel to keep it going. Man what a change. I only wish I had my UDS going sooner.

I cooked some Chicken Quarters, dogs, and Smoked Sausage.
