1st Comp

I plan on staying here with the rest of you "off centered" people !!!!:crazy: I've enjoyed reading the threads, picked up some good tips and learned a lot with our first competition. We already have scheduled to participate in a rib cookoff on June 6th. I'm ready, turn me loose.
