• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Light a fire. You have plenty of time to go low and slow.

It's going on in the next hour and half. Will post pics/ updates as cook goes on

Thats a start, what sauces are you making?

Aussietitch,
I am making a regular BBQ sauce and a Spicy one as well.

Looks like a good start from here.

Tuned in. :pop2:

Well how does it look.
Not quite prob tender in the flat.
Point is just about there.
Internal temp is in the mid to high 190's

Lovely bark! We're also debating whether to do burnt ends or not. Looking great and tuned in. A friend's got a 17lb-er also. We just hung it in the PBC.
