Full Fledged Farker
Great rib cook on Saturday.10 racks of spares on the Lang 84(7 up top and 3 on bottom ). Rubbed down the ribs with my homemade rub, on the Lang at 275-300° for 3hrs, then foil in pans and back on for 1.5hrs. Out of the foil and sauced with Task Force roasted green chili bbq sauce (this stuff is da bomb! ), back on for 20mins to let the sauce set. Smoked using plum and apple wood.
