Internal temp been stuck at 155 for about 2.5 hours. She's fighting. I'll win.

There's nothing like an all-night cook! That's about the most fun I ever have by myself! And I have an ECB, so there's none of this "cruise for six hours" bull$hit. I'm out there constantly, and I love it.

New drink invented: Shakers American Vodka with my kids juice boxes. Can design drink just by switching juice box flavors. Must sleep.
