• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. With $20 purchase, limit 2. I got a couple 10 pounders. Their Premium Angus brisket is $1.29/lb. Never tried it. Both are packers. Of course there were bought in anticipation of me getting a new smoker.

You guys suck.

Our Albertsons (called Jewel here) look at you like your an idiot when asking for brisket. That, or its like $4 a pound from them.

Great deal Ty!!

I'm also almost positive that Kroger & Tom Thumb are under $1/lb.

Cheap brisket like that seems to be a Texas only thing Bill. It seems we usually get the better deals for pork. Not sure abouut poultry.

Nope,

just picked up some brisket in Louisiana for $.89/lb

July 4th special

cool

I went back and got 2 of the $1.29/lb brisket. Not EXCEL, has a sticker that says steakhouse choice. Picked up a 10 lb & 8 lb. Folded like tacos doing the bend test. Small one should fit just right in the Weber Kettle.

I would imagine Angus briskets would be good eats and at a $1.29, that is a good deal.

Picked up a couple yesterday at Tom Thumb for 88 cents/lb.
