Ribs for tonights dinner! Specially ordered with extra meat on them. Unless u order them like that all u get is shiners here in Sweden :( These are German ribs, but i'm teaching my butcher to cut with more meat on them ;) Glazed with my own Rhum/Apple BBQsauce. GOOOOD! :)

Organic sirloin steak and some, sadly non organic, charcoal grilled veg made up tonights supper. Nothing beats charcoal or wood for fuel. I use less and less briquttes now a days... :heh: No photo of the plate since i was hungry..

This is my 2nd ever brisket. Kinda Tedxas meets Scandinavia and Europe. Brisket served with cheese filled and bacon wrapped apple smoked paprika, grilled root veg and a gravy sauce made from brisket drippings. Brisket a bit too tender som impoosible to slice it properly.. But all goooood anyhow :)
