    How much SM Cherry rub to use?

    I bought some SM Cherry rub. I'm wondering how much you guys usually shake on your meats? Light, medium or heavy. Do you add more after removing foil on ribs? Mainly asking about Pork Ribs, Pork Butts and Beer-Can Chicken. Is it better to do it the night before?
