Does smoking wood need to be covered so it won't start to rod?
I have firewood for smoking stored outside my garage and I'm afraid that it might start to rot or get fungus. Should I figure out a way to cover it and keep it dry or not worry about it. I now have much more than is shown in the picture. The stack is about 20' long, 5' high, all hickory and oak.
