I have a quick ? regarding pricing for a party.
I work for a custom home builder and as a welcome to the neighborhood type of gift-thing, I made pit beef...
The other thread on pricing whole turkeys prompted me to write this one...
I recently donated some pulled pork to my SIL's job to drum up some interest in my BBQ. Several folks were interested in pricing turkey and/or turkey breasts.
How would/do you brothers price this particular cut of meat?
