- Bone-in Pork Butt (aprx 6lbs)
- Used 4 chunks of applewood
- Plowboy Yardbird Rub

Just bought some Plowboy's Rub for my 6 slabs of St Louis style ribs I'm smoking this weekend in the UDS. I always make my own rub. This is the 1st time I have tried any store bought rub. I'll let you know how it goes over on Sunday. Kind of like a taste test without the blindfolds.
