I just completed the longest BBQ experiment - not only that I've ever tried myself - but that I've ever seen done on YouTube or anywhere else. It was INSANE. I started with one simple question: "How long will she burn?" The conditions: -1 bag of Kingsford Charcoal (blue bag, 20 lb value size)...

Finally had a chance to uncrate the dream smoker and give her a good walkaround. Video link below if you're interested..... She's a beauty and the next video will be the seasoning process. For the seasoning I plan to find out how long she will burn on one big bag of KBB. Expecting upwards of 18...

She's on her way, boyz! Brand new "mini" IVC totally decked out from LSG! Ordered April 29.....nearly 16 weeks.....it will TOTALLY be worth it! Can't wait to see this beaut and roll some smoke. First cook video ideas?!?!?
