    Kamado Imperial

    I have a Kamado Imperial and the metal strap must of rusted and when I lifted the lid it fell backwards and shattered, if anyone knows of someone that has a lid or if anyone has any spare parts. I am devastated and looking for ideas. Janbri

    Thanks to all the folks who have posted info on their kamado restore projects. The info was very helpful. I just restored an old Japanese Kamado cooker number 5 that my Granddaddy brought back from Japan in the 50's while in the US Airforce.
