Looking at Stumps Platinum (Reverse Flow) and Assassins Hog Cooker. Can anyone give insight as to the benefits of either, or which they prefer? Looking to pull the plug with football season right around the corner!! -

Stumps Platinum or Assassins Hog Cooker Insulated Smokers
Looking for large insulated cooker. I know stumps has platinum series and Assassins has large insulated hog cookers. Looking to be able to do hog cooks as well as large volumes. Anyone have any insight or advice as to which direction to go? TIA
