    Pork butt/shoulder and spare ribs?

    This dead horse has been beaten again and again I am sure, however I just need confirmation this thought in my head is accurate. Pork butt and rubs both cook around 220-250ish, pork butt can take up to 2 hours per pound, ribs I use 3-2-1method, (unless I get distracted then it's more like 4-1-1...
