    Main smoker chamber grates. Slide out or not Yes or no ?

    Hello I am building an offset smoker. I am not to sure if I want my main level grates to be slide out or not. My smoker will have 2 doors on the main chamber. The main chamber is a little over 5’ What is everyone opinion on grates? Pros and cons of both. Thank you

    Food sticking to grates

    I use a WSM and noticed my briskets stick to the grate (unwrapped or wrap) and pull bark with fat cap off :'(. Or even some moist oily paper with it too. Any tips on preventing that? non-stick spray???

    CharGriller Duo Grates Problem

    Anyone else havin trouble w/CharGriller porcelain-coated iron grates? Mine are coupla months old and when I fired up the gas side the porcelain started 'popping' off...had to close the cover! EM'd them and I get "What are you cleaning them with?" Been using PCI grates for years and never had...
