Help me decide between Franklin Pit and Millscale

After years on the waitlist i finally got offered a Franklin Pit yesterday. I havent seen much on it yet other than two youtube videos from our friend over the pond. The Franklin Pits team was light on details with the pdf flyer they sent me, other than cooking grate size (33" x 19"). My...

    BBQ Pitmasters Marathon hour 8

Anyone else watching? What are your favorite highlights and lowlights? Still can't get over the one where the guy put just salt on his whole shoulder. And won! I guess a good fire beats complex recipes. Must have been amazing. I would love to see an episode where Aaron Franklin goes up...

I had the good fortune to be in Austin, TX a few weeks ago on business & realized it was the perfect opportunity to visit Franklin Barbecue. The proprietor Aaron Franklin, as I'm sure you're all aware, is one of the hosts of BBQ Pitmasters. I don't know about you, but with anything that gets so...

    Buffalo Chicken ABTs

Not sure if anyone has tried this before, but these things turned out pretty damn good. This little concoction was a Franklinstein creation of two of my favorite appetizers: ABTs and Buffalo Chicken Dip. Here is my step-by-step creation process if this seems to tickle your fancy. The first...
