    I've seen a lot of recipes for grilled, roasted or stovetop eggplant to make baba ghanoug, but I've been thinking about smoking it low and slow and wondered anyone's tried. Would you just poke it whole? Or halve it? Or even cut it in chunks or thick slices? I don't want to turn it into...
