I just got a new DigiQ DX the other day and have been trying it out on a 10 lb butt cook. I started about 1:00 am last night. I have a 22.5" WSM. I clipped the pit probe to the top grate, around the middle area. I set my target pit temp on the DigiQ for 210. I got up once during the night...
