• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

    Rib holders??

    I have enough space on my Yoder 640 for the six racks of STL cut ribs I am doing for the 4th but just barely. If I use a rib holder I could add a shoulder and more (may not be needed)... I never use them ---any concerns about doing so? Extra time required? need to move the ribs? Much grass. 叉烧
