Got a great deal on chicken legs (drumsticks).
I was thinking of smoking them on my beloved UDS along with two chuckies.
Do chicken legs like the low slow method? Or do they get all rubbery?

This monster, Chucky, came to my house.
While I was preparing to cook something he broke out of his constraints and I had to defend myself.
I grabbed a knife and cut him in two.
This slowed him down but he kept coming. The right side was obviously the stronger side so I threw hot sauce in...
Wanted a quick dinner so fired up the Gasser. :behindsofa:
Picked out some nice looking steaks.
Seasoned with some Mrs Dash.
Grill running on high, Steaks sizzling right along.
Almost ready, been on about 7 minutes a side.
Resting just a bit.
Test bite, normal Chuck Steak texture...
