is Blowin Smoke!
Anybody else ever use these? I was looking for some pellets to make a cold smoking contraption, and came across them. I used them to smoke some cheese, and was pretty happy with the results. Basically they are just pellets in a little candle-like holder. I'd like to find some that last a little longer, but you get around 20-30 minutes of heavy smoke from each one.
