Each started with 2 pounds of Jimmy Dean original sausage, 6 scrambled eggs, some cooked hash browns, cheedar cheese, and cooked onions and peppers. All wrapped in a bacon weave.
Went on the Egg at 275 - 300 for about 3 hours.
They then went onto the fridge for the trip...
Once we got to camp we sliced them up and reheated them on a gridde.
Served them on bagels - they were a big hit.
I just got done eatting some leftovers... need a nap now.
