As I finish cleaning the disaster area formerly know of as our kitchen and put away all the food, I wanted to take a minute to thank the bretheren for my best-ever turkey. Using info I got from here over the past week, specifically Smokin Okie's 101 and my UDS, I made one great bird. Never would have been possible without all the great people here posting this wealth of information. And to the two knuckleheads, Deano and Dr Nick that talked me into making a UDS... Man, great food.
