little league district meeting (pron)

this year I'm on the local little league board. It was time for the district meeting and we were hosting today (about 10 or so little league areas presidents meeting). I found out that our board likes to provide food that way people will keep wanting to have us host (and then we don't have to drive). also scores some brownie points with the little league adminstors. So I decided to help out.

I wanted to use my UDS. But we are so busy and my electric Masterbuilt is just so stinking easy to use that I end up getting lazy. I smoked 2 chickens, 2 butts, and grilled some homemade venision sausage left over from last year.
