Been reading the forum for a while and decided to join.
Been smoking meat on and off for years but have never been an expert at it.
I have a gas powered big block GOSM which I really like using. I also have a new custom built offset stick burner that was just delivered to me this week. Built my first fire in it to season it, looking forward to my first cook on it.
I am a computer geek so i'm very interested in tech gadgets and how they can be used in the cooking process.
