Found these from awhile back, first smoke on my new rig, they're not really accurate in the cook...I let the smoker test run for 4-5 hours before putting the food back in...poppers and fatty first, then let the brisket rock after the fatty and poppers where out. Which I ate the next day without taking pics. (not much to look at anyways).

For a newbe grate pictures on the weave for the fattie.
Spent too much time in medical recovery to really start cooking, but really enjoy all the pictures. Makes me want to get up and cook.
