Did an contest last weekend
all the spicewine cookers there ran hot as hell
the wether was high 90 durring the day
at night we had an storm front move threw

Here is my question do water cookers run hotter when an weather front move threw

Cooked Friday, Sat and Sun with outside temps in the hi 90s and 100s. Rock solid 225-230 for 72 hours. How much product? Wind? etc?

Are some running water, river rock, mix? How about your Chris? What was the humidity? cNot a lot here in So Cal.
