Had a real craving for some pulled pork sammies so I decided to fire up my Tejas Pit and throw a couple of butts on there. Sammies were really good and everyone enjoyed them.

You need to make some....just about the easiest thing to make out there without messing up...
Just remember... 165 internal for sliced pork, or 190 internal for pulled pork...let it rest in the cooler after also before pulling.
