new braunfels hondo question...
I just got a new braunfels hondo smoker, and i have used it a few times but it seems a bit touchy with keeping the heat in. i've noticed a few mentions of mods on the site and wondering what i can do to improve its performance.

Here's a couple links I have, hope they help. Second is a chargriller mod, but its the same principle. You may want to try youtube as well, there are a couple clips of mods that people have done.
