I took a 4lbs bottom round stuffed it with garlick and rubbed it down put in foil in fridge over night. Put on the smoker the next day and smoked for about 5 hours at 250-275 took off rapped infoil let sit for about a hour and put back in the fridge over night. I made a Au Jus sauce and put in the crock pot with a packet of onion soup. Then i sliced the roast very thin and put it in the crock pot and cooked it for a couple hours put on some hard rolls from the local bakery and some mac and cheese and there was dinner.
