Wow. I just got home from taking a KCBS Certified BBQ Judging class presented by Mr. Mike Lake. If you ever have the chance to take this class given by Mr. Lake, do so. It was extremely educational and fun to!

Don't forget about Theresa! I helped her with the sample boxes at the Class in Westmont, IL and she does a lot of work behind the scenes!
