Steaks for the office

Well I grill steaks for the office guys near Christmas. This year everyone was off so it was just two of us. I had some USDA Choice KC strips cut 1-1/2" thick and baked some tators for us.

Cooked on Smokey Joe until medium rare

I rubbed them with just a little EVOO and broiled steak seasoning and threw a chuck of hicory in the grill for good measure!

Yes we eat at our desk. I usually eat in my truck while traveling but this will work..:biggrin:

maybe next time they will be here? :twisted:
