Default Chicago area WSM for sale - good deal?

Sounds like a good deal to me - what say the Brethren?
http://chicago.craigslist.org/nch/hsh/1484731157.html

BTW, I am not looking at this for me - would love to have it, but don't have the money now. I know of someone looking to buy a smoker, though. However, if a Brethren wants it, go for it...

I saw that ad to Chambers, and if I had the $$ laying around, I would have scored it myself.
You could offer less and see if he takes it, but all in all $300 for a near new 22.5 ain't all bad. IMHO.

Jeff, on second thought....
Jeff, ole buddy, ole pal. You know Christmas is coming in three weeks. That WSM would make a great gift. You could bring it with you when you come visit for the holidays. Thanks! You're the best! Love ya, man!

Keep the BGE, AND buy the WSM! 300.00 is a great deal for a pre-seasoned 22'

Can't you but a new 22" for a little under $300?
