Your girl is a cutie, for sure - she's loving that cake. The steak, asparagus, and mushrooms look too good to describe. I've only had Flat Iron steaks in restaurants - not impressed. Never cooked one myself, but after seeing that pix, would like to try. How'd ya do it????

Man, did you hit that one out of the park. Flatiron is my favorite steak and as are the way you did the veggies. I haven't tried a plank yet, just the grilled vefggies. Hmmmm, thanks for sharing that idea.
